Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICIES ​ Dear valued client's, I strive to provide the best service to our clients and make sure that everyone's time is respected. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise that may cause you to miss or cancel your appointment. However, I kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the appointment policy. ​ Please read before booking. Upon scheduling, payment is required in full in order to confirm your reservation. I ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To avoid being charged, cancellations can be made via text or email. If no notice is given within the appropriate time frame, this will result in a fee or removal for your single session or of one session of your package. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in fee for the session or removal of a session as well. ​ ​ As always, thank you for choosing Xen Skin Aesthetics ​ ​ NO REFUND POLICY ​ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! ​ There is a strict NO Refund company policy in place. This means that once purchased, booked and confirmed, you may reschedule at a later date (within 1 year of purchase), but we do not provide any refunds, regardless of the reason or cancellation.
